In the process of managing your account we collect data including account application information and personal financial information in order to help us properly manage your account(s). This information may be gathered from forms, written communications, electronic communication, telephone and/or in person.

We regard all of this information as strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, your address, phone number, social security number, employment, income level, tax status, net worth, account balance, security positions and any other outside investments. Our relationship with you is our most important asset. We will do everything we can to maintain this trust and keep this personal information private.

Except as requires or permitted by law, we will not release or make public (and have not) any of this personal information to any third party. We may, however, disclose customer information we maintain to credit bureaus, mortgage companies, judicial orders, SEC reviews or other governmental regulators, when we are compelled by law to do so or with your approval. We do not sell or distribute our client information. This client privacy policy applies to current and former clients.

In the event that we employ support personnel, such personnel are instructed not to discuss client matters with anyone, except the parties involved. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your personal information.
